Refund and cancellation policy

1. General rule
Refund eligibility depends on the service type, activation status, consumption, third-party costs and mandatory consumer rights.

2. Hosting services
Hosting services may be refundable within the commercial refund period configured by the company, unless abuse, violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, consumed resources, setup work or special conditions apply. Define your exact refund period before launch.

3. Domain names
Domain registration, renewal, restoration and transfer fees are generally non-refundable once submitted to the registry/registrar, unless the registrar confirms cancellation and refund availability.

4. Software licenses and subscriptions
Software subscriptions may be cancelled for future billing periods. Refunds for active subscription periods depend on product-specific terms and applicable consumer law.

5. Managed services
Work already performed, setup fees, migration work, consulting, incident response and custom services may be non-refundable once delivery has started.

6. Partial payments
Partial payments do not activate the service. If an order is cancelled before full payment, the partial payment treatment must be reviewed by the administrator according to this policy and applicable law.

7. Consumer withdrawal rights
Consumers in the EU may have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. This right may be affected where digital content or services begin before the withdrawal period ends with the consumer's express request and acknowledgement, according to applicable law. 8. How to request cancellation or refund
Requests must be sent from the client area or to office@newdigitalmedia.eu and must include the order number, proforma/fiscal invoice number and reason.
