Terms of service

1. Scope
These Terms govern access to this website, the client account, orders, invoices, hosting services, domain services, software licenses and managed services supplied by Newdigisol Media SRL.

2. Account registration
Clients must provide accurate identification, billing and contact details. Companies must provide correct fiscal and registration information. The client is responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for all actions performed from the account.

3. Orders and contract formation
An order submitted through the website generates a proforma invoice. The contract is considered accepted when the order is confirmed by us or when payment is registered, depending on the service type. We may refuse or cancel orders where information is incomplete, abusive, unlawful or technically impossible to fulfil.

4. Prices and payment
Prices are configured in EUR. Depending on the client's billing country, prices may also be displayed in RON or USD using the configured exchange rates. Payment methods are those active in the client area. Services are activated or reactivated only after full payment unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

5. Partial payments
Partial payments may be accepted. A partial payment does not activate or reactivate the service, does not create a tax invoice and does not remove the obligation to pay the remaining balance. The tax invoice is issued after full payment is registered.

6. Hosting services
The client must use hosting services lawfully and in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy. Resource limits, technical specifications, backups, support and availability are defined in the product description and applicable SLA.

7. Domain services
Domain registration, renewal and transfer depend on registry and registrar rules. The client is responsible for providing accurate registrant data. Domain fees may be non-refundable after submission to the registrar.

8. Software licenses
Software subscriptions are supplied under the license terms displayed in the client area or product page. Licenses may include subscription periods, seat limits, domain/IP restrictions and renewal dates.

9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, security risk, abuse, unlawful activity, breach of these Terms or requests from competent authorities. Suspension does not remove outstanding payment obligations.

10. Liability
Services are provided with reasonable professional care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect damages, lost profits, data loss caused by client action and third-party failures are excluded, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes should be communicated through the website, client area or email. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance where legally permitted.

12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Romanian law and applicable European Union law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
